We’re happy to offer free shipping across the UK. Orders are sent out on working days and usually arrive within 3 working days.

If you’d like to order several Hugs, Bulk Buy for retail or other purposes,  or need a special delivery option, just drop us a message and we’ll sort it out for you.

For Ireland and EU, we usually ship with Royal Mail International. Delivery usually takes up to 5 working days, and the cost will be shown at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

We really hope you love your Hug, but if it isn’t quite right for you, don’t worry. You have 14 days to return it for a full refund as long as it’s unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Just keep your receipt safe and once we receive your Hug back, we’ll refund your payment quickly and smoothly. Return postage is covered by the customer.

If something isn’t working properly with your Hug, you’re covered. You have 30 days from purchase to let us know, and we’ll arrange a refund for you. Simply email us at hugitbetter@gmail.com to get started. As soon as your Hug arrives back with us, we’ll inspect it and confirm your refund straight away.
